Therefore, the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform about the processing of personal data that the Provincial Council of Ourense carries out on the websites that make up this Open Data Portal (https://datosabertos.turismourense.com), electronic headquarters and any of its subdomains, microsites and/or mobile applications

2. Treatment purpose
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Carry out statistical analyses of the use of the open data portal to optimise the information transmitted and the functionalities offered on the portal.
- Knowing the actual use of the re-use of information.
- Improve the catalogue of available data.
The statistical data will be processed for this purpose after it has been dissociated in such a way that no personal data can be identified or identifiable from them, and will be limited to analysing the activity of users and the frequency of use of the Open Data Portal.
Where applicable, more explicit and specific purposes may be indicated in the information clauses incorporated in each of the data collection channels (web forms, paper forms, voiceovers or posters and information notes) for specific cases.
3. Legitimation of personal data processing
When disseminating any kind of datasets through the Open Data Portal, the Provincial Council of Ourense is subject to full compliance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, constituted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, as well as by the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights.
In particular, it is entitled to process personal data on the basis of task performance when it is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority and on the basis of the consent given by the data subject for one or more specific purposes, as it appears in Article 6(1)(e) and 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation
4. Rights in relation to personal data processing
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of the processing of their data, to access their personal data, to request the rectification of data that are inaccurate or, where appropriate, to request deletion, when among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or the data subject withdraws the consent given.
In certain cases, the data subject may request that we limit the processing of his or her data, in which case we will only retain the data in accordance with the regulations in force.
In certain cases, the data subject may also exercise their right to data portability, which will be provided in a structured, commonly used or machine-readable format to you or to the new data controller you designate.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for any of the processing operations for which you have given it, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
The Provincial Council of Ourense has forms for the exercise of rights of access to personal data relating to the data subject, to request its rectification or deletion, the limitation of its processing, to oppose the processing and the portability of data, which can be downloaded from the electronic headquarters, https://sede.depourense.es, or you can also use those developed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties. These forms must be signed electronically or be accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI. If acting through a representative in the same way, they must be accompanied by a copy of their DNI or with an electronic signature.
The forms may be submitted in person at the offices of the Provincial Council of Ourense, sent by post or e-mail to the address listed in section 1, as well as in the aforementioned municipal electronic site.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that you consider that the exercise of your rights has not been adequately addressed.
